Black Student Union
The Black Student was designed back in 1970 to provide a feeling of unity. We work to encourage growth in the awareness, knowledge and numbers of African Americans on this campus. Along with these goals, we agree to promote peace, attempt to establish an understanding of the African American culture and extend open arms to students, faculty and staff of all ethnic backgrounds.We aim to stimulate the intellectual, political, cultural, and social growth of all Fredonia State students. To provide to the student body and organization equipped with the necessary knowledge of black culture, and other ethnic heritage, by promoting lecturers, artisans, dancers, poets, musicians, and food.
